★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken and his Team is excellent at what they do. This is my 2nd time using their service. They went above and beyond in helping me and my family move. We did not pack things correctly and they have helped us repack. They were on time and the move was quick. Great experience I would use them again for moving or junk removal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them zero stars I would. We were given a referral by another moving company to use them since they were booked up. Ken answered the call and confirmed dates and timing with me. The day of our move we expected them to show up at 9 am and they did not show. After about 2 hours of waiting I tried calling their main line to see if there was an issue. No answer. Eventually the calls started going straight to voicemail. I tried contacting them through their website but didn’t get a response there either. We had to be out of the house that day so I had to book some last minute movers which cost us double of what we were originally going to have to pay. I would have even preferred him answering and letting me know they weren’t coming instead of leaving us in the dark. No follow up apology either! Stay Away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team Lech stepped up to help us out on a last minute move after an injury prevented us from moving ourselves. They did an amazing job in some very difficult conditions during the heat wave. Fast, professional and answered the phone quickly. Very pleasant and easy to work with. All items arrived in perfect condition.
