This is the worst mover. I lost a pack having my little daughters' fancy Indian dresses which were very sentimental to us while moving from Manitoba (CANADA) TO Sunnyvale (USA). When I contacted they never cared about that and wanted to issue 50 dollars check immediately. They also delivered another pack from Toronto . Even after informing about this several time they never tried any step to send the TORONTO package to right person. I suspect my package also met the same fate. Worst worst worst movers whose intention is only money and money. They also send several quotes from different emails having around 100 dollars difference. When you cal these different numbers it all will reach one "ALI" who manages the transportation. Plz never ever have any business with this worst company.

Do Not and I repeat DO NOT use this moving company. They sub contracted our move unbeknownst to us! When our furniture finally arrived at our new house, they would not unload it! They made me rent a U-Haul and pay extra to unload our belongings in the U-Haul to finish the transportation to our home. It was complete extortion!!!! Rob, the person we had been talking with was rude and nowhere to be found after we paid him!!!!

I just moved from Vancouver, Canada to open my companies new restaurant in Orlando. Before I went to Orlando I was sent by my company to Miami first for 6 weeks first to help at our restaurant there and than officially moved to Orlando on June 1st. Back home my parents had shipped 21 boxes of my personal belongings to my new residence in Orlando. The 21 boxes where shipped on May 20th 2016. When my stuff arrived on June 13th 2016 the box count was only 19. When I asked the driver if their were anymore boxes he said that was all he had. I first figured perhaps my parents condensed some boxes but after I received all my stuff I noticed that my expensive Meat Slicer that was given to me by my deceased Grandfather was missing and 7 of my Culinary Cook Books that were given to me from family and Chefs I had worked with in the industry, I first called the companies front desk and they told me I had to contact the warehouse that only has an email address and no phone number, I emailed them and they responded to me saying they would look for my belongings and I described to them everything that was in the boxes. I let it go by for a week hoping for a response and got nothing than I reached out to them again asking if they found my stuff and replied offering me $25.00!!!!! as a "We are sorry we lost/stole your stuff" If I accepted the $25.00 that would mean I could not write a negative review, take legal action or contact the Better Business Bureau. I emailed them back in complete insult that they thought $25.00 would solve them losing prized possessions given to me from family, especially my grandfathers meat slicer. They than came back and offered me $50.00!!!! The total cost of everything in those boxes was just over $1000.00!!!! and had sentimental value to me. I than asked them for clarity on the matter or else I would contact BBB and than after a couple days they just never responded. I paid this company over $3000.00!!! to move not some of my stuff but ALL of my stuff. It is a little ironic that my two boxes that have some very expensive cooking supplies and books in them just happened to go missing. This company has taken no accountability or responsibility for losing/stealing my things. They tried to bribe me to keep my mouth shut about my experience and I cannot allow any other person to go through the same experience I have gone through with this company. I trusted them with my belongings and they clearly after I paid them didn't give a care in the world about what happened to my personal belongings. I cannot describe how upset I am especially knowing the had my grandfathers meat slicer taken from me and there is nothing I can do about it. This is not the way to treat anyone who pays a company to do the job they say they will do. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. This organization should be shut down. They are horrible to deal with. Instead of the 2-5 days to get our little load from AB to BC, it was 2 weeks with no communication about it. Then they wouldn't start to unload until paid in full first. Then brought in a large item that wasn't even ours initially, damaged various pieces, 2 hours after they left, ended up back with some items they forgot to leave us. They put inventory stickers on items but don't verify it's all unloaded when they deliver. It's just all in all, a poorly run company with no care and consideration given to people who are supporting them. I've never seen a place with so many negative reviews!! They don't seem to care and are making no steps to improve their reputation. Shame on you!!

*** BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE *** Absolutely the worst and disorganized company I have ever had to deal with. First they didn't make the initial call when the truck was supposed to arrive ( 4 days late) No phone call, no apology. Told it would take 8 - 10 days max for delivery. Took almost one month with not one phone call from them. Got the run a round with every inquiry. They had no clue where the truck was. Was not offered any type of compensation for sitting in an empty dwelling for almost a month waiting for the truck to come. Many things were damaged that were very carefully packed to ensure no damage was done so I can only imagine how many times it was tossed about. These people are not professional movers. Management wouldn't even give a real name (Sam with a thick Asian accent...yep). They hold your items hostage and demand being paid by either cash or certified cheque only.

The Absolute worst experience ever! They actual pay a company to post reviews, be careful! Quoted us $2500 for the move and the Bill was $7800 at the end. Hold our furniture hostage until I paid the bill! Destroyed more than half our furniture during the move, the movers themselves where laughing at our situation! Made my wife cry as they were damaging our walls and floors of our house! Even the movers where smoking in our house, putting out cigarettes on our property! Shame on you for treating your customers like this! Absolutely insane! Offered us $150 for the appraised $15000 damage that they did to our furniture, they will make you sign a contract that protects them against any damages that will happen during the move! Be careful as they have also different names that they use. Please reach out to me if you need more information, I have pictures of the event!

Damages upon damages!!! The movers in Calgary ran out of blankets to protect our furniture and assured us that everything would be covered and properly packed before storing our goods as this move was to Ottawa. . This did NOT happen. As a result what they did not wrap was broken (shattered mirrored table, broken marble lamp base, broken antique day bed, even our wrought iron furniture was bent. scratched and scraped, too many more damages to list). We paid an extra $150.00 for our television to be properly packaged and it too arrived damaged. We were notified of our final bill late in the day before the movers were to deliver our goods not giving us enough time to secure a bank draft and then we had to pay an extra 3 percent as we had no option but to pay by credit card. This move was extremely stressful and unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this company.

I asked to them is my check on the way and when do i receive it and they said Please have patience in the arrival of your cheque in the mail, and bear in mind the delay in post due to Canada Post strikes but they actually wrote my check after I sent email to them. And tooks only 1 day. Hilarious! My check supposed sent around middle of November. :)
