My movers were incredibly fast and careful with all of my belongings. They put extra wrapping and tape on anything I didn't properly pack - Leave it to the professionals! 10/10 would absolutely recommend and I would use this moving company again.

S	Steve Penney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Pacific Moving for my family’s move from BC to ON (2 bedroom condo) in early November after reading all these great reviews and somehow thinking they were a West Coast company. A different company later called, looking to reschedule our move just days before we were set to leave. We had no time to find another mover so we went ahead, despite this red flag. Pacific Moving referred to the new company as their ‘sister company’, however the movers on pickup and drop off didn’t know anything about that relationship and the inventory list was on the new company’s paper. The BC floods came the next week and our stuff still hadn’t left their BC warehouse. We knew at that point there was going to be a delay, but had no idea where our things were and Pacific Moving did a poor job of communicating updates, and they didn't have any information when we called. Then we got an update: due to the delay we were going to be charged an additional “fuel cost of 15%” (even after we’d received our Final Invoice which already included a 11% fuel surcharge). Our stuff has arrived late, over budget, and damaged - after poor communication from beginning to end. The actual movers on pickup and drop off were great though, I’ll say that. I would not use Pacific Moving again.

Not only was the price fair, but the comfort that our personal items were actually going to arrive some 2300 miles away. Everything that they promised gets five stars. This was a big move for us and when the driver and crew showed up on the day of packing. They were so organized and helpful that all my concerns faded and to the day of delivery everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this moving company to family, friends, and even strangers. Thank you, Pacific.

They obviously knew what they were doing, and our furniture was professionally protected and taken out in the truck within a couple of hours. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact that I initially contacted a few other companies for a quote, but it looks like that all these companies share the same dispatcher, and I was communicating all the quotes with the same two people, which was sometimes very confusing. Otherwise, I'd recommend this company!

Any questions I had they answered in full detail, they were very helpful and gentle with all my furniture. Both loading and unloading were done carefully when our belongings were placed into the truck, they were neatly placed and very secure with straps and pad wrapped! They kept me updated at all times which made me feel at ease. We were extremely happy with our move.
