β β β β β Moving from Vancouver to Toronto was the happiest time for my moving experience. Very responsible employees packed my furniture carefully when they came to pick up furniture in Vancouver and wrapped protective sheets around mattresses, tables and chairs. When I arrived in Toronto, J-LINK employees promptly delivered items to my home and took away the extra packaging. Very good experience, I will choose them next time.

β β β β β I am very happy about the services offered by J-link. Big thumbs up to Alice who patiently explained the pricing and delivery services to me. The price is very reasonable and considered lower than other companies. My car had arrived in Toronto from Vancouver after only 5 days. I will definitely use J link again for future delivery.

β β β β β Itβs been 6 months and I still havenβt got my package. I have all the records I contacted with them. Bad attitude!!! No apologies!!! They only asked me to contact the staff who received my package 6 months ago and find my package on my own. But the truth is that that staff hasnβt responded me for more than 3 months!!!
So if they mess up, they will not take any responsibilities and the losses are all on your own.
BTW, that package worths a lot. But so far they only agreed to give me back the taxes I paid for that package!

β β β β β Think twice before going with this company's service. Having moved once before with this company from TO to Vancouver, we thought the standard would be the same. However this year, they are no longer professional. The customer service agent on the Vancouver side side is extremely rude and unresponsive. After delivering to the Toronto warehouse, the agent failed to provide an estimate of the shipping costs, which is standard practice. After arrival of the goods in Vancouver, the agent take your articles hostage and then release the bill, with a year over year increase of almost 80%, plus a delivery fee of 150$, and when they arrive they just throw it onto the public road, blocking half of the traffic. δ»₯εζε‘εΎε₯½ηε

Booked for 2hr just for moving to new place. Prepaid 3hr service as adviced. They end up asking 4hr service.
Here's what we has moved:
1 sofa set
1 coffee table
1 patio set (super light)
1 queen bed
1 chest
Starting time was book at 10:30, the truck showed up at 11:20. The driver backed up onto our lawn.
One guy spent 1hr for dissembling the bed with our help
Old place to new apartment 8 min distance within Burnaby.
When assembling both guys dispeared. We had to get tools and started to put the bed together. Upon completion one guy showed up saying another guy went for parking the truck away which has been half hour.
End of service, the driver didn't seem care about the poor service they had delivered. Round up the time asking 4hr of charge!!!
Absolutely not recommended!

β β β β β I have used J-Link moved from Burnaby to Toronto. Moving ainβt fun. Itβs stressful, emotional, & messy. I was been told I couldn't have my unit since the seller does not owned parking spot at last minute. That means all my shipped packages can not deliver to the suite. I am extremely stressed, I call J-Link, Anne was great on the phone, expressing a great amount of professionalism and patience when answering all my questions. She likes angel let me calm down and give me solution. Be honest when I call J -Link at the beginning, the girl on the phone was so nice and professional make me choose this company right away. The team were absolutely FANTASTIC!
Highly recommended.

β β β β β Not sure why they have so many negative reviews. I shipped my stuff from Vancouver to Toronto. Their quotes are the cheapest and my stuff arrive within 2 weeks and they even wrapped my guitar pretty well.
