The building is fine. There is no indication if they are open. When you go inside there is no counter person. I had to wait 1/2 hour to see a person to pick up a package. They charge ridiculous brokerage fees for items that do not require duty. They will not deliver to a Canada post drop site. And they will not let you redirect the package to a home address. Very inconvenient. I will not be using FedEx for any cross border packages again.

Delivery driver made it into my building to leave a notice but didn't bother to leave the package or contact me. I was home. Then off to the depot as they didn't attepmt another delivery. Hour wait to get in the door. Hour wait in line inside. Hour wait while they searched for my package. Then when they brought it it was broken glass bottles and essential oil soaked so it couldn't be accepted anyway. Truly terrible experience. 3 hours of ridiculous. And such a lack of staff.

i waited 1 hour for them to handle the four customers in front of me to pick my 2 package. the front desk just keep telling me to leave after she gave me one of the package and keep telling that there only one package while there is two on the slip. and they never deliver, they just put the slip on your door and runner away. worst experience on pickup package. may 31 2022 3pm(old asian lady with a glasses)

Poor customer service long wait times and inconvenient delivery. Will never deliver to your door and always make you pick up from here. If you’re bringing cash they’ll try to argue they don’t take it “because of Covid” yet I saw the person next to me pay in cash without issues. Also they conveniently don’t give change (god forbid someone has to cash out a til at their shift end), so prepare for that too.

Same as others' ratings… I would have given 0 star if I could. I ordered a product on Jan.1 and expected to receive it before 5pm Jan.7. The status showed 'Delay' before 5pm Jan.7. The driver came on Jan.10 Monday but didn't buzz nor call me upon arrival at the building. He then moved it to a FedEx location which is not close to my home, without any second attempt to deliver. It's impossible for me to pick it up as I work during their opening hours and the package is too heavy for me to carry home as I don't drive. I called FedEx on Jan.11 and was told by an agent that they would attempt to deliver the package on Jan.12. But it didn't happen at all. The tracking status has been showing "Pending pickup…FedEx will hold the package for 5 business days from Jan.10". I called the shipper, explained to them and cancelled the order. The shipper had requested Fedex to send the package back to the shipper's warehouse on Jan.12, again another request on Jan.14. I have also requested FedEx agents via multiple phone calls have them to return the package to the shipper. Up till today Jan.20, the tracking status still shows the same since Jan.11, and I have been getting auto calls from FedEx asking me to pick up a few times daily since last week.… getting annoyed. Not sure why Fedex are reluctant to return the package… is it because it's damaged or lost? no idea… Hope this problem could be resolved soon!

like many others have said, would give 0 stars if I could. they just don't deliver packages. no attempt even made, and no action triggered to move them after they get to the warehouse. they claim it's weather related but the guy next to me in the line who gets medical supplies delivered every other day said it's been like this for 2 months. at this point it seems my packages are going to sit in the local warehouse for 2 weeks before they even attempt to deliver them. why go with FedEx ever again? Why call yourself an express courier if Canada Post is faster? I'm going to avoid all retailers who use FedEx from now on.

Was emailed that my package would arrive Wednesday. It didn't. Then an email that it had been delayed but would arrive Thursday. It didn't. Called customer service to ensure it was not sent out on a truck on Friday and was told I could pick it up from their distribution centre. Went around noon to get it; not available. Could not tell when it would be. Said they would call. My goodness, what horrible service! I will never ship anything by FedEx and given a choice, will not have them deliver anything to me. Guy ahead of me was waiting for time-sensitive legal documents: same run around. I thought he was going to have a stroke there and then! My package isn't life and death but it is wildly frustrating to be treated like this.

Terrible service! Never and ever use FedEx please! This location is so far and let customer waiting outside so long so cold with only one staff serving inside. Bureaucratic staff works slowly ignoring long queue. My package is delayed two weeks. Ridiculous big delivery company charges so fk high price without service. Use UPS or even Canada Post but not FedEx!
