We shipped our cat as she is a bit big to be in the cabin. The staff was friendly and made us feel at ease. Helped us arrange everything and gave us good advice.

An excellent service! I was served by Sami, Paul and Ahmed. They spent almost 2 hours with me finding the best option for shipping my bike. They were very friendly and could offer a great service. A very happy customer!

My interaction with the employees was alright, but I didn't appreciate how the employee behind the counter was acting to wards the pickup driver that was ahead of me. After the pickup drive attempted to hand the clearance forms to the employee behind the desk multiple times, so that the airway bill number could be verified, the person behind the desk (making no attempt to take the papers) then asked: "What? ...Cant you read...?" Pretty messed up if you ask me. Especially when it was my turn, I simply said here to pick up and handed the employee my papers. The employee seemed fine taking my papers with out hesitation. Air Canada Cargo mite want to took over there employee customer interaction guidelines. I would be fired from my job for saying anything like that to a customer.

I actually wanted to give them 0 rating. Customer service is very bad. Guys at front desk are rude and unprofessional. Why do they call it customer service when there is no customer service.

Sometimes too many people waiting in line. But the staff are always helpful.

Terrible delay, staff were taking their sweet time, despite letting them know we were gonna miss our flight and were in an extreme rush. John in particular at the front desk refused to help us despite people letting us go ahead of them to be served quicker. He forcibly took another customers luggage in order to not help us first. Will spend my money else where on a more reliable cargo company. Would give 0 stars if I could. Thank you to the gentleman with glasses and blonde hair who actually tried to help us out.
