★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im A small business guys in vancouver ,I getting shipment from Europe , on the 11 of feb , but my shipment still not in vancouver , i call many time to the office in Richmond ask them where is goods staff tell me contact my shipper . i did contact them thay say it my good post be in vancouver on 11, I don't know why still in uk. i call 5 time a day . now saying on 15 of feb . i sat them sent e mail to uk to ask why is delay. this staff from Richmond location has no idea , the services is very poor and bed customer srivices . i call every time different staff say different thing . i ask to smack to the manager . the one staff member say manager will call all day on one call or try to slow the issue . I thing this brith airway is don't care about any thing .
