After receiving a commitment that services would be completed, company errors caused delays that incurred numerous implications/costs to myself.
Mistakes can be tolerated/ dealt with but the lack of response from management ( over a week without a requested reply) after repeated requests it demonstrate no concern for issues caused by their companies errors. very poor management.
very poor ( none) issue resolution process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is a lie and a scam. A&A does not have an office at the airport, this posting is simply to make them seem bigger then they are. They have a small office at the Blaine Border. They run a measly, dishonest operation and they can not grow because they can not attract/keep good people. Stay away from A&A. There are FAR better options!!!
