★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mannix gave me incomplete information, which I used to determine the cost of the shipment. Once the box was in their warehouse, they nearly doubled the price. When I pointed out that I had based my decision on the incomplete information they had provided, they simply refused to ship my items. Their behaviour was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jason was very professional, reactive and went above and beyond to accommodate all our changes of plan caused by the COVID pandemic. He also gave us very competitive rates and was able to offer us different scenarios to lower the cost.
Very satisfied with Mannix, we will deal with them next time we have freight to ship.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helped me understand all the steps involved in the process, while making sure he secures the best rate for my shipment.
