Edit: It is now getting near 8 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there would be zero or negative stars, sent my paperwork 16 hours ago for one invoice going into USA. STILL THE TRACKER APP SAYS No FILE HAS BEEN CREATED. Called them 3 time, every time tge Filipino person says team's handling and he will ask them to expedite the process.

Please make another option, this is not fair the company does not even deserve one star but we have to give them because google deigned like that.
OUR VALUE CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON, OUR DRIVERS ARE SUFFERING AT BORDERS, BROKER ARE NOT PAYING US WAITING TIMES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keeps sending emails trying to collect on my business but the address they are using is not even our current address and was for a postal code we haven't used in over 7 years. Except the invoice is dated for 2020. Have responded to their collections emails to no avail. Suspect it's a shakedown/fishing tactic trying to throw out notices to collect and see what kind of fish will nibble on their hook. No details on what the invoice is for, who the shipper was, or anything of the sort. Just a random number to a non-existent address.
