But the manager of this location has not been working properly against the homeless people who are continuing to harass us the customers who are being harassed for money. These people change often and make the place look bad safety hazard for family’s businesses alike. The management company leaves area dirty with these people littering these beggars sit there from sun rise to sun set!!!!
A	Adrian Pang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of different shops with plenty of parking. The only negative is traffic can be bad during rush hour due to proximity to hwy 91. Lots is well maintained and snow shoveled quickly. Cross a sidewalk for coppersmith plaza for even more shops.
L	Lynda Gorgopa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good lot to be on when your battery dies, in the cold and snow, and BCAA say it'll be a 2 hour wait. Only problem, the lot had not been plowed. Luckily my vehicle is all wheel drive and I was in snow boots. No lack of public washrooms or warm, dry places to take refuge.
L	Lei Kazemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adding five guys was the best decision this plaza could have made. It’s a super convenient plaza with everything you need from a library to the save on foods! I love this plaza especially because it’s parking lot is big enough to suffice it’s population
S	Sherri Scott-Berner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great if you walked there, or parked to go inside. It's nice inside. Just wish the drive through wasn't so awkward. The lineup is always quite long, and goes into the parking area. Often angry drivers and near accidents occur from people trying to get around Starbucks lineup, by driving in oncoming traffic, because the street is full of cars waiting to order coffees. NOT GOOD.
R	Robin Olafson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this mall, has a lot if great stores and restaurants. One stop for everything you need. I don't go here anymore. Traffic is unbelievable. Can't get in, then can't get out. Traffic lined up on every street around the mall. This mall is on Steveston and 5 Rd, approx 2 blocks from the 99 freeway, and the whole area is jammed trying to merge. Plan extra time to drive past this mall.
