can you believe they charge $1.00 for 1 page of print, I was returning a package to amazon and need to print out a page to return. They are trying to ripe off. Not even worth a star.

Worst customer service and never picked up phone calls. All workers there have an attitude problem. They place your package anywhere that anybody could walk by a take the package without them noticing.

I have totally different experience from the previous two reviews. As a small business owner I have been dropping off shipments at Canada Post and UPS stores weekly. I have used all three UPS stores in Richmond and this one I had the worst experience. I typically drop off 5 boxes with size of a regular microwave oven and I never had problem for past 8 months until one day at this store I was told by the tall guy (my guess he is store manager) that I can only drop off maximum three boxes at a time. I argued that I have been dropping off the same number of boxes both here and at the other stores for months, but he insisted even there was still plenty of room in the store. Even after I told him that I have rented a business mail box in his store for a year, he did not care. Bad bad attitude and service! I ended up with driving the rest two boxes to another UPS store. I have shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, and USPS but never had such negative experience. I am planning to lodge a formal complaint with UPS. Plus I see two business entries on Google Map for this same UPS store and the other one has negative reviews. I guess someone was trying to do some tricks to fool people.

I've called this morning and the lady said their UPS store closes at 1830. I just arrived at 1650 and the guy behind the desk said they're already closed. When I told him that I called ahead this morning, he changed his claim and told me that UPS store is full (which clearly is not). Very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone from going there.

The price that you pay in this store will be higher than the ups website. Better just create your shipment online and drop off here.

Has to be the worst in store experience I have ever had, this store is run by people who do not want to work there. You would save more time and reduce stress by going to the next closest UPS store. They have no equipment for packaging, they are slow, rude and even if you are the only customer in the store, don't expect someone to assist you for at least 5 mins, they would rather talk on their personal phones. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CLEAR TAPE, A UPS STORE! Also their store is very dirty.

Worst services that I ever encountered as a customer. 1. I felt sorry for his disabled employee that being scolded badly by his employer for letting me dropped UPS prepaid boxes at their premises. 2. I paid few hundred dollars shipping fees for the boxes through UPS portal, I didn’t owe a single cent for the shipping fees, why I was being treated like criminal for dropping the UPS prepaid boxes at UPS store. I just followed the instructions as provided by UPS. 3. You signed a contract with UPS for running their business, it is your obligation to deal with all kind of UPS businesses including prepaid boxes, if you want to do to selective UPS businesses, please rewrite your agreement with UPS can change your store to something else that is not carrying UPS’s responsibilities. 4. There have much better UPS store at Bundle and Garden City, please forget about this store if you don’t to support an employer who treats his disabled employee like non-human, and treat the customers like rubbish. This UPS Ironwood branch has the worst service and bad organizational skill. I just realized that many people have complained about this location on Google review, but not sure why UPS HQ has done nothing to correct it. On several occasions, I had to go there several times to pickup one package from my PO Box because they couldn't locate the package at first. The first time it happened, they told me the package was delivered UPS, so they are kept separately. The 2nd time, I brought the UPS tracking number showing status as delivered, but they couldn't find it. I had to call UPS to find out where it is and UPS confirmed package has been delivered. So, I went back again and they finally found it. They claimed that the package was just dropped off within the hour (between my first and second visit that day), though status showed delivered several days ago. Today, I went there again and I ask the Indian lady to check the back in case she missed something again. She got mad and started yelling at me in front of other customers and refused to give me her name. It's obvious the owner at this location has no intention to fix their problems. I've worked with many UPS stores before, but never one as unorganized as this. I think they are too busy with their insurance business and should have hire someone dedicated to UPS business.
