N	Nicole Zollbrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inye is a wonderful yoga studio with amazing teachers. 2 years ago, I had my very first yoga experience at this studio, and let me tell you, it was awesome. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly, the studio is clean and the atmosphere is great. You walk out feeling energized and strong. Since the outbreak of COVID19 they offer all yoga classes online on Zoom. The registration is very easy and Inye is offering 5 to 6 classes per day. All members can access all online contents and additional workshops for free. I am very happy to be part of this community and would highly recommend it!!!

Reservation emails are sent, and the zoom video link is sent 15 minutes before class. The instructors are all top notch. As a beginner, the instructors start by explaining the simple form, and demonstrate more challenging poses with grace and ease. It is a welcoming community. I highly recommend Inye yoga studio.

The studio is clean and welcoming, as are the staff. The quality of teaching and sharing is fantastic and well thought out. You leave feeling embraced!

I knew right then that I wanted to take his Reiki level 1 course although I had done it years ago elsewhere. I am so glad I did. Eddee has the information and teachings so well laid out. He has an incredible spiritual connection and that is passed on to the student. I walked away with a much deeper level of understanding. I love that he teaches this course through a yoga standpoint as well. It connected a lot of dots and I feel so much more confident with my practice. If you are considering delving into Reiki, I very highly recommend Eddee. It was an honour to attend this class and will be ready and eager for level 2. Thank you so much Eddee and INYE!

I found Inye Yoga on Google and the first time I spoke with him, I felt he is someone who has vast knowledge, very authentic and genuine. The studio has a very calm and postive atmosphere. It was truly a pleasure learning Reiki level 1 from Eddee. He is an amazing teacher. His style of teaching, methodology and information resource is incredible. It was a great opportunity for me to understand Reiki at a deeper level. I look forward to Reiki level 2 and would highly recommend Eddee and Inye Yoga. Thank you so much. Namaste.

I have practiced and taught across 20+ studios over 10 years, and INYE Yoga is definitely a gem of a studio located on the Oakville/Mississauga border. This studio is a sanctuary and has a offering of accessible classes throughout the week, with great, knowlesgeable and skilled teachers as well as option to tune in virtually from the comfort of your own home. The studio owner Eddee also has a unique offering of hypnoyoga, all of which are very accessible to beginners and regular practioners alike. Julie is also a great teacher as are the others - Gentle, Flow, Yin, Meditation, Hot Yoga - you name it the variety is there! This studio is extremely accessible to all which is really helpful depending on what brings you to practice yoga. Cannot recommend this space enough for continuing my practice! Truly wish I could give it 6/5 stars!

If you’re new to yoga call first to discuss classes that are best suited for you. That’ll insure the best possible start! As a side note mats, straps & blocks can be purchased from the studio, prices are very fair. The studio is also very clean along with reception and the change rooms which have showers (bring your own towel).
