In finding Rosa she taught me to listen to my body by finding stillness! This has opened up so much for me, physical, mental and emotional. If you feel stuck or you are lacking clairity in any aspect of your life, or simily desire more out of the life you are living, this is the place for you!

I was skeptical at the start of this journey but through working with Rosa and the Rise team I have learnt so much about my mind body connection. I am connected to my body now. My mind is open to such a different way of thinking and understanding my own feelings. Through Rosa's patience, support and love I am happy to say I can now enjoy life too the fullest. I can't speak highly enough of Rosa and her team! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Rosa is passionate about everyone being their best self. Her knowledge of the mind, body and spirit are endless and really beautiful to hear.
