★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at Palermo Physio! I was having shoulder problems and saw Tim, one of the physiotherapists. Tim was able to assess, diagnosis, and provide a personalized treatment plan that fit my needs. After a few months of going in for treatment and following a home care program, my shoulder began to feel much better. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and the clinic was always kept clean and tidy! I would highly recommend if looking for physio, message, or foot care!

The administrative staff are amazing, which makes booking appointments an easy and nice experience. If you want outstanding care, this is the place to go.

The reception staff is equally good. Pleasant, positive and professional. I highly recommend Palermo Physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palermo Physio & Wellness is a TOP NOTCH clinic. It's absolutely my choice for wellness and HIGHLY recommend to all. Lisa (physiotherapist) was thorough with her exam and knew right away the treatment needed. The massage was one of the best I've ever had. Josephine provided the perfect amount of pressure during my massage frequently asking my comfort level and how I was. I left Palermo Physio & Wellness with a highly decreased level of stress and I'll go back again and again. KUDOS Palermo.......keep up the great work..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Palermo Physiotherapy for Orthotics, Massage and Physiotherapy lately. All the specialist have been very accommodating, courteous very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Kristina who has been helping me currently with a lower back issue I had at work. She's hands on and diagnosed the issue even before I got my Xray done. Im very satisfied with their services and I'm grateful that I have this clinic so close to where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and unprofessional!. Had a appointment at noon today (Mar 11/22), after waiting for 6 minutes in the waiting room, a lady walks up to me to advise that Selam Minassie is not be coming to the clinic and she is sorry for not calling me!
Does not recommend this place, no professionalism and does not care for others time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got in a car accident and seeing Nada Masoud for physio. I am so happy I found her. She makes me feel at ease and helps me understand my concussion and injuries. Very professional and attentive - when it comes to efficiency and not to mention that she is so caring! Highly recommend Nada.
