★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Dr. Varela with severe stiffness and pain in my right shoulder and neck - the pain was severe enough that it would wake me from sleep. Dr. Varela reviewed the issue and then applied various chiropractic treatments, including ultrasound, to initiate healing and lessen the pain. The pain was greatly lessened and after a couple more sessions I was able to function normally. Dr. Varela approached my situation with intelligence and compassion, and I am grateful for the work he did. I would strongly recommend Dr. Varela's care for any joint or muscle issues you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt is incredible. He takes the time to get to know my problem areas and provides the best treatment possible. I have never left feeling disappointed or unsatisfied with Matt’s techniques. Communication with Matt is also worth mentioning as he is always eager to understand how I live my day to day life and how it impacts my injuries and how to prevent them from getting worse. Truly my most favourite RMT, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Varela (Osteopath) has really helped me with the management of my chronic pain. I have not had osteopathic treatment before but I wish I had tried it sooner. He’s often able to treat acute pain in one visit. The clinic is clean and comfortable and Dr. Varela has a great manner and is very kind and professional.
The girl at the reception is friendly and always has a little conversation with me. Thank you! I’m recommending Dr. Varela at TMC Health Centres (Oakville) to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TMC is an incredibly beautiful clinic with top tier practitioners. I have been a patient of the chiropractor (Dr. Varela) for years, and he's done quite miraculous work on me. I've suffered from chronic back pain for years, and part of my routine is to see Dr. Varela on a monthly basis. He's very easy to work with, his care is very tailored to your complaint, and he's genuinely concerned for your well being. I would 100% recommend not only seeing Dr. Varela, but using all the medical services of his clinic!

A few treatment sessions allowed me to be consistently pain free and active once again. I continue to incorporate regular chiropractic and massage treatments to improve my overall well being. I have also been seeing Dr.Varela for chiropractic treatments. He has been able to help me with ongoing neck, back and hip issues. I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was seeing a chiropractor for many months for sciatica pain. Wasn't getting the results I wanted so I thought I would try a RMT. The TMC centre had very good reviews so I booked a 45 minute massage. My initial appointment was with Matthew. I explained to him my condition and what treatments I had tried with little success. Matthew is very skilled and knowledgeable. it's been one week that I've had my first visit and I'm feeling much better. Today was my second visit with Matthew and the areas that he was working on from last week are not as tense.
So glad that I took the step to try massage therapy to help with my sciatica pain. Thanks TMC and Matthew.
