She discusses her Clients' Private Information with other colleagues of hers. Be very careful to entrust your business to her. Not a pleasant lady to deal with. We have to be vocal about such people out there who try to appear "Professional" and are not.
B	Brandon Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do not leave a review, especially when it comes to a bad one. However this is not the first time which made me post my opinion here. I brought the BANK DRAFT today to deposit into my account which should be available right way. The teller asked me for the ID along with some questions however she was not able to handle it herself as she needed her manager to sign it. The manager came in about 10 minutes and told me they would hold more than 80% of the money. It was even not huge amount. I asked the reason saying what's the point of getting the bank draft if you are holding the money for 5 days and she said they need to collect the money from the other bank. I recalled other TD branch had been able to deposit the bank draft without any problem last time, I requested the same. To be honest, I didn't need the whole amount of money right away but their attitude and customer service was too bad so I just took the bank draft and went to other branch. They didn't even ask me for the ID and deposited the money with no issue. If holding the bank draft is set by the institution, I am okay with that but only this branch is making things difficult. I would not go this branch anymore.
J	Jia Junaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST TD branch I have had the displeasure of visiting. Absolutely terrible service from "Pablo" and even worse management by "Marco" the Manager. This TD humiliates their client, breach ethics by reading confidential documents that do not belong to them, and the ineffective manager Marco stands by while his staff make a mockery of this place. Avoid this TD at all costs. I would give a negative 10 stars, if that was an option as they do not deserve even one.
F	F S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Pablo at this TD. Ridiculous branch, exceptionally poor customer service, this branch needs to close down. I walked out of here and into another branch as I simply could not take the awful service. Manager Marco should be wiping floors instead of managing anything - who even hired these clowns to run a branch? TD head office needs to investigate this shoddy and shady branch.
