F	F C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointmnet with an "universal banker" for a mortgage or line of credit and I emailed him all the documents requested afer the meeting. He went in vacation for a week and there was no back up to call me to continue the application. I reach out to somebody else from the branch, made an appointment and send them other documents that they requested for. After this I was told to continue with the first banker and they scheduled an appointment for me with him the following week. First banker called me to reschedule it and said he needs more time. I went to the branch nowrfor this appointment and I was told that the banker was not in that day. Nobody called or emailed me to cancel the appointment. So I just left. There was nobody available during a 3 week period to help with a mortgage application or work with the documents that I sent.
S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this branch. Tbh, CIBC as a whole has really become a much less favorable Bank in my eyes ( currently 2 wait time for investors edge on the phone). What keeps me with them are the great in store employees. Cory and Shirley helped me with my mortgage. When other competitors offered slightly less...they sprang into action and saved the day. Also, with incredible service. Shirley has also saved the day when my investors edge account needed assistance. Killer team imo

I am keeping them as they are, for comparison purposes, while adding my latest experience with the branch to let the bank customers know one little man can change a whole world. I was greeted by Quinton Hosein, Universal Banker, as per the pic of his card attached, at a time, I was told by the other staff, twice, to use the telephone banking; something that never worked to cancel my Credit card. Quinton listed to me empathically. He spent his valuable time over a month till he made sure that it was cancelled. Thank you Quinton for your kindness, I am keeping my checking account here knowing that I still could come to this branch that there is human touch to serve frustrated customers like me. Thank you again Quinton. >
