★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this Mr Lube location on a busy Saturday afternoon. I would like to commend Parul who took care of my car for an oil change. This has got to be the best experience I have had in any Mr Lube or oil change places. Parul, your professionalism is second to none and I appreciate you doing the little things that make Mr Lube a great choice for oil changes. No corners skipped. Will go to this location from now on. Don't hesitate to come here if you like great service and speed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it would let me I would give negative stars. I came here to get my tires changed and was told the back brakes were "metal on metal" and my car was "unsafe to drive" and that I needed to immediately replace the rotors because there were already grooves forming in the metal. The front brakes would apparently only last me another 5-6 months. I was also conveniently told they had a mechanic that could fix it right away.
After consulting with my husband, I chose to not have the work done given my car was making no noises and I had not noticed any issues with performance. I immediately drove to a mechanic after I left Mr Lube and paid for a brake inspection because I was scared there was something genuinely wrong with my car. I was promptly told my brakes were nowhere near "metal on metal" [the rear pads measured 6mm and the front pads were 7mm]. There were no grooves in the rotors. The mechanic actually brought me into the garage, and measured the brake pads in front me of me so he could show me how wrong Mr Lube was. He shared that 4mm is generally when brake pads should be replaced, and that at that point it wouldn’t need to be the full rotor as Mr Lube had said I immediately required
It's disappointing to be lied to and made needlessly worried for your safety in an effort to upsell customers - I'm thankful I went somewhere else and found an honest mechanic. When I called to complain, Mr Lube told me to bring the car back because their mechanic was "very experienced". I won't be back and do not trust a word they say.

Decided to come to this Mr lube location right after finding out and was welcomed by Maurice who helped me with a solution in minutes! It was a great experience and would definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaspreet and his manager made my experience amazing, they took my car in right away, with no wait time at all, changed my tires in a timely manner and even gave me free Michelin whipper blades. They work together as a team and you can truly tell that this is a happy work environment. Great job guys, see you soon.
