★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was a bit hesitant to start martial arts as he is very shy. Rosemary was AMAZING at setting up a trial class for my son and has just been great with any and all communication. The staff, the masters, everyone is so great and my son enjoyed his trial run that we signed him up right away! My son now looks forward to martial arts (even when there is no martial arts that day!). His confidence has sky rocketed since attending OMAC. Thank you OMAC staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been a part of OMAC for the last five years, and it has been a wonderful experience. My daughter managed to receive her black belt at 11 years old and my son is on his way. It is due to this, I decided to begin the OMAC journey myself last year, and it has been an extremely enjoyable experience. The whole staff is welcoming from the lovely Rosemary (School Administrator) to all of the Masters and Instructors. I was worried that as someone who is starting later in life, and as someone who is way less flexible than my children, I would feel embarrassed or out of place, but everyone is welcoming and I enjoy every lesson I partake in. They have been able to build my confidence and show that you are never too old to learn new skills and aim towards getting a black belt.
