I did revisit them, and it looks like they considered the customer comments and have done a fantastic thing. Thanks a lot, especially Zeenat, for your excellent customer service and fresh food.
The staff members mixed fresh chickens with stale, not fresh and overcooked one which tasted like wooden sticks. Those pieces hurt our tooth and ended up with the bloody gum of my kids. What makes me unsatisfied that I have asked them to make it fresh and they said I have to wait for 20 minutes, which I did. I don't know if what they did is worth it to have customer dissatisfaction in addition to impact the chain reputation. What you did guys is really disappointing and shame on you to treat your customers in such a cheating way. That food ended in the trash.

โ โ โ โ โ This is suppose to be Louisiana style fried chicken joint and i guess i had the wrong location because i ate at other popeye restaurants and it was a great experience ...this place??...the chicken was drenched in oil...the biscuits were stale..and the gravy of all things Louisiana style cooking tasted like it had curry.
This location made my experience disappointing and will not recommend nor go back to this location.

โ โ โ โ โ Nothing special, but what you would expect from a fast food chain (e.g average food and service). Didnโt give or offer any sauce with the order. If youโre looking for quick, relatively cheap, but still somewhat tasty chicken, this is probably the place. There are better options in the plaza though.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. We ordered a sandwich and 5 tenders and it took them over an hour to give us our order when people ordering whole meals were ordering and leaving during that time. In no world should it have taken over an hour for such a small order. Do not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ There's a open sign at the rear side of the restaurant. That mislead me to open, that's kitchen door. I noticed while waiting for order to get ready someone also open the door and staffs asked the person to use the front door. I realized then that I'm not the only person.
Unlike other Popeyes, they asked for name. While waiting, they called by order number.
Other than that, everything is typically same as other Popeyes restaurants.

โ โ โ โ โ I requested a freshly cooked fillet and I was ensured everything is prepared freshโฆ.. 2-3 minutes later my order is called outโฆ.. I again to verify asked if it is fresh and I was ensured yes it isโฆโฆ
Having worked there over 2 years; no call for dropping the sandwich was madeโฆ and was really quickly called out to pick up. Now what I have is a cold sandwich and fresh fries(thanks for that)โฆ.

โ โ โ โ โ Days old chicken sandwiches will be passed on to you, with extra salt to cover up the old chicken. Clearly values profits over customers. I won't be wasting anymore money here! I don't know what happened though, maybe there was a change in ownership or management, this used to be a great location a few years ago!

โ โ โ โ โ Service was very questionable. First of all I got cold spicy sandwich but when requested to substitute he was nice enough to make a new sandwich but had to wait another 10 minutes.
While eating we saw bug walking on the box of 4 piece chicken but they said it might be a bug that fell on our food but I doubt as the bug seems to be living in the box and crawling (first time ever happened to be us).
Also ginger ale was out of order which was filled upon request. Lady who was helping us was nice but food quality reminds me how Popeye is going to be turning into KFC soon.
