โ โ โ โ โ So disappointed by the customer service recently. I always shop here and have had no problems in the past. The cashier that checked me out was so insensitive. I told her that I had a heavy drink that had to be scanned. She told me to pick it up and i told her i am pregnant and that i cannot lift it, but that I could scan it for her. She then started shaking her head. Nobody else at this location or at any other location has a problem in scanning the product. I donโt know what her problem was. She was quite rude.

โ โ โ โ โ The prepared foods at fortinos are delightful. Also the grocery store is clean, always lots of good produce choices, and a decent selection of dried goods. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite.

โ โ โ โ โ Best shopping experience with loads of options to choose across bakery and dry grocery. They have recently added more names to alcoholic beverages sections.
I am recently disappointed with the cake I bought at display counter, not expecting it to be frozen. It was embarrassing to buy a cake that is supposed to be fresh but has to be served to guests with the inner part frozen

โ โ โ โ โ This is probably the best one stop supermarket chain in the GTA. This specific branch is nicely located with a lot of parking on and below grade.
Great for fresh produce, deli, meats, cakes, pizza and lot more. Special mention to the braised Pork/Beef steak sandwiches and the soup stations.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Minus one for generic items which tend to be cheaper in other supermarkets.

โ โ โ โ โ High-end supermarket with tons of extras including Noodle Bar, gift shop, huge cheese bar and so much much more. May seem slightly on the pricier side but you get higher quality produce.
