β β β β β I don't know if anyone at Walmart will read these Google reviews but I will provide anyway. The steel barriers and gates installed at the entrances are a horrible idea. Makes me feel like I am entering a prison. Also, an employee standing there checking you from head to toe gives a very uncomfortable feeling. The camera and the feed on the POS screen at the checkout machine also gives you the hint that you are being watched. Finally, the sensor at exit was beeping at EVERYONE today. What an awful experience.

β β β β β The shopping cart is difficult to separated, and the handle bar is sticky witch shows that the epidemic prevention work is not well done.
The cashiers are friendly, the toilets are clean, and the market location is very good. Just strengthening the hygiene awareness will make me feel more at ease.

β β β β β Went to pick up large orders for DoorDash on two consecutive days and was treated with extremely incompetent service on both days. The first day I was to pick up a large grocery order worth well over $200, I gave them the order number yet they still filled my car with the INCORRECT order. Having to drive back to walmart again to pick up the correct order costed me 40 minutes, gas, and money that I couldβve made in said time. The second day I had two large grocery orders to pick up at the same time, I arrived 5 minutes before I was told theyβd be ready for pickup, but I was stuck waiting for 45 minutes after they assured me on the phone that my orders would be ready. This complacency with total incompetence and lack of organization from a business as rich and resourceful as Walmart is completely disgraceful.

β β β β β Pharmacy was excellent. Very proficient and responsive.
However...
Like every other question/complaint I had to call Customer service and nothing. It rings forever, and eventually somebody picks up, and then immediately hangs up.
Deplorable. Will never go back. What insulting customer "service"
UPDATE:
I actually eventually had to go into the store to talk to customer service. I noticed the phone wasn't ringing at all. So I called it while I was in line waiting.
Nothing
When I got to the front I was talking to the person behind the desk (who was very nice and clearly had been working their butt off) about how it was weird that the phone hadn't rang once since I had been waiting.
She replied "Oh no.. we turn the ringers off, it rings way too much"
Well there you go!

β β β β β Pharmacy - no doubt these folks are very busy but I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. There were 3 of them back there and they saw me but ignored me. I finally had to do the wave to get them to speak to me.
Self check-out - adds a charge for a plastic bag even though I brought my own bag. Sweet scam - there must be thousands of people that roll through there every day, each one getting scammed for a nickel. Nice way to goose your profits without providing any value.

β β β β β The store is located in Smart Centres Oakville and has lots of parking spots available. It is a big well-maintained superstore and they have been keeping it clean, especially during Covid-19 pandemic.
It has a great collection of fresh vegetables and fruits. You also can find many cookware, clothing, cosmetics and entertainment options here.
The staff are helpful and friendly.

β β β β β I visit Walmart every now and then and take a compete round just to see the amazing products they have to offer.
Just recently, I came across this cutest honey jar.. it would be a great addition to your kitchen/ dinning table! β€οΈ
Also, anyone who has tried this medium Poha from Walmart, please comment and let me know if it's worth buying and would taste the same as it did back in India!
