★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m using this location since they are open, best shrimp burrito ever !!! September 25th 3:15 pm I had the worst experience ever , young male server no idea about burrito preparation , not cooked shrimps serving with very bad attitude, large burrito size of small , no respect to food people don’t serve that way for animals. Very bad example for this amazing place !!!

After already waiting a couple minutes to be served, I ordered my tacos but before the guy behind the counter could assemble them, the tablet behind the counter beeped, completely taking away the server's attention. He spent the next five minutes making the order of someone apparently more important than me. So I walked out. Not worth my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we tried the Mucho Burrito at Dundas/Trafalgar in Oakville. I placed our order online and chose the curbside pickup option. It asks for your vehicle details including your license plate number. We waited for our order, which was supposed to be ready at about 1:50pm. About ten minutes after that time, I called to inquire about the status of our order. The phone was rudely answered with just a "Hello", no indication that I had reached the restaurant. I asked if this was Mucho Burrito. The reply "Yeah". I explained that we had placed an order for curbside pickup and the young man told me "it's ready." I asked if it was being brought out as it was ordered for curbside pickup. The young man said that they don't get that information on the receipt?? He then brought it out after asking which vehicle we were in. The food was ice cold and had clearly been sitting for some time. Definitely disappointed about the customer service and cold food after spending $49.61 plus tip on lunch. I am attaching a photo of the receipt (personal details blocked out) which clearly shows the vehicle information is provided on the receipt. Sadly it was an overall disappointing experience.
*****Update- I have emailed the store twice since they responded to my review. I have not received a response. I'm incredibly disappointed. I emailed them on November 19 and November 27. We are now into December without a response. I think this just adds to how highly unprofessional this location is. They act like they want to correct their errors but then don't actually follow through. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I wanted to say this the taste of the food was fine and how quickly it was prepared was on point. The thing I found troubling was I ordered two burrito bowls one steak and one plant based. I wanted guacamole on the plant based one but for whatever reason the person making my food charged me twice for guacamole. I didn't even get twice the amount of guacamole on the plant-based burrito bowl as well and there was not even one hint of guacamole on the steak bowl. Normally I wouldn't mind if it was only say 50 or 75 cents for the guacamole but when they're charging you extra for in you're not even getting any of it at $2 a scoop then it's tough to take.
I don't think I'll be returning back to the store I will probably be ordering my food from another burrito establishment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Build Your Own burritos are huge. Happy that they have the Beyond Meat option. Cinco de Mayo special made this a great deal. The chips are very bland, even with the queso or salsa. Toppings are quite good, but would have given 5 stars if adding guacamole was not an extra charge.
