Pita Nutso

This place used to be good for 10+ years until the new owners took over. Now the New Owners serve cold food and even with the normal price increase that all places post covid need to do they still give less chicken and sauce. Now the food tastes cheap and the staff is not friendly anymore. Sucks but I will need to find a new shawarma place to go to. It's sad to see what the place was to what it has become

This please used to be our favourite place!!!! There was a man working there we called him “chef” he was so kind. Now it seems the guys working there rolls there eyes when you tell them what you want. The portions are smaller, you now have to pay for extra sauce (which is no big deal) But the new management is sooooo mean. We went from going there weekly to never again

It was my first time eating here at Pita Nutso and I must say the food here was quite impressive. A step above what you’ll usually find and at a great price, I was impressed with how the Pitas here taste many friends recommended this place to me, and I finally gave in and tried it. It was well worth it and I would recommend the place to others 100%. Side note the owner was very friendly. Would recommend.

Ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate on a few occasions, to sum it up good food and a good amount of food. If you can finish it alone you will be satisfied for the remainder of the day. Really liked the addition of the potatoes and the variety of salad toppings, olives and cabbage to name a few. The chicken is well cooked and seasoned, laying on a bed of yellow rice, topped with their sauces. Overall, would recommend and I will most definitely go again. For the price and portions good stuff. Smart crew and excellent service and welcomed! Andy

review dates: october 4 and 5, 2021 purchase dates: october 3 and 5, 2021 october 4, 2021: this was my 1st time dealing with PN-trafalgar as i've dealt with the ford dr. store in the past, as it is closer to the ford assembly plant. a co-worker advised me to look into this place as a shawarma option of choice. i have dealt with the PN-ford dr location in the past and they did an excellent job every time i went there. that said, i expected the same experience from trafalgar, and they did not disappoint. trafalgar was even better than the ford dr. location! ? did a phone-in for a chicken on the rocks and a chicken shawarma pita. came out to $18.35 all-in...very fair price relative to what was provided. -store worker on the phone was polite, good communications, on point and was able to help me figure out the options in a timely manner to help me make a quick and accurate decision. -store workers at the property were polite, respectful and efficient. as the store became more populated with walk-in customers, the workers were able to take care of my order quickly, to get me out and to help the waiting customers. -chicken on the rocks: very fair price relative to quantity and quality. garlic, hot and tahini sauces combine with the chicken and rice for a fantastic taste experience. be advised, if you want additional vegetables such as onions, etc, you must ask the store to add your choices. chicken shawarma pita: generously portioned ingredients, again a fantastic taste experience just like the chicken on the rocks. ...a texas-sized shout out to carlos the manager, the executive chef and his helper(s) for their hard work, thank u for your kindness and welcoming spirit! ? october 5, 2021: went back this time to try a beef shawarma pita and a beef on the rocks...same result as the chicken order from october 3rd...warm and welcoming store workers, generously portioned quality beef, al dente rice, delicious and fresh pita, vegetables and sauces. $20.49 all-in which again is very fair for portion size and quality. bottom line: a bit out of the way relative to where i work at the ford oakville plant. however, i would def go back again but would do my orders b4 coming to work as opposed to lunch time deals. that said there is a pretty good reason trafalgar has a high quantity of high score ratings. which means: PN-trafalgar makes excellent food, at very fair prices...believe the hype ?

Ive been coming here with my friends fairly often since they opened. I think they have New Management. Very Cheap, Very Dirty. Tables were Sticky and so were floors. Had to pay for sauce with our meal which was new and had to ask for napkins 3 times. All the dispensers were empty and I was handed two single ply napkins each time for the two of us. This place recently had a 5 star rating in my opinion before this experience. Gonna take the drive to Burlington for better service next time. It’ll be worth the drive when the Nutso Craving strikes.

I’ve been going to this location for years and have never been disappointed. The staff are welcoming and the food is always up to par. I’ve visited other locations in the past and they didn’t compare to this one. Everything is fresh, sauces are well-balanced. However, there is a lot of garlic in the recipe (which I love) but some people may not. I did notice that my last order didn’t have as much chicken as usual and they got my salad wrong, which is odd based on my experience. Hoping my great experiences at this place last.

This place used to be good! New owners I think? Really turning this place upside down. Ordered 2 shawarma, 1st shawarma has barely any chicken and the other one the chicken was burnt! I usually have no time to write and post photos but I’m sad cause this used to be the best shawarma place ? they also increased the prices! Please go somewhere else!! Not worth it
