B	Bassem Alphonse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was dealing badly with us They forgot to prepare the requested meal till I remind them It is not duty to remind them to prepare my food They put 2 sauces as they forget the spicy sauce so they put normal them spicy The lettuce was almost too cold almost icy coming from fridge with hot sandwich which makes the sandwich very bad Also they don’t have fries which made the meal bad Really destroying KFC reputation; if KFC founder still alive he was going to close this branch

Also the restrooms have been closed for 2 years during the pandemic and still closed to the public. Management is not visible, staff are dismissive nor do they understand public health guidelines

Chicken was also really dry and chewy ended up throwing it out fries were also extremely underseasoned and very bland not going to return to this location. Should have looked at the reviews this place has been getting a lot of 1 star reviews which is never good

Completely unorganized from entry point (there were four people somewhat together in front of the cash, i learned later there was no line these were people waiting for orders) to being shoved out the door with only half my ordered. I could go on but you get the point. Again the food was very good!

On multiple occasions I've had their original sandwiches and they're dry. How is it dry?! Not just the chicken either, barely any mayo. It almost feels like they don't want you to like chicken sandwiches in general.

Chicken sandwich tasted like plastic and cardboard together. Breading is inedible. Just look at the pictures. First and last time. AVOID !!!

Unfortunately with the KFC Scorcher Chicken Sandwich, you'll get something quite opposite from those descriptors. I saw the ads, bought into the frenzy and used the app to purchase the KFC Scorcher. The app is great and the customer service at this location was just as good. However, I intended to have a cheat meal but instead I feel cheated on. The lackluster chicken sandwich was bland, didn't not pack a punch that was promised, looked sad and definitely did not live up to the hype. The bun was flattened, the chicken piece was thick but not flavourful and the pickles/sauce gave the sandwich a sweet taste, which is the opposite from the desired effect. Save your money and forgo the relatively expensive $7.99 sandwich to find something 100x better at Popeye's. Even a Jr. Chicken at McDonald's has more pepper/seasoning. It should be noted that I frequent KFC about once every couple of years. I remember when the coleslaw used to be fluorescent green instead of the current white version. That being said, the quality of KFC seems to have plummeted. I won't be coming back to this fast food non-option and I will be deleting the KFC app. Great marketing to fool me once, but never again.
