★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this dental clinic for years now and have always had great and professional service. The whole staff are very friendly and accomodating. I started going there when I was living in Oakville over 5 years ago and have have been in Mississauga over 5 years now and still go to them because I can always count on a decent experience. Just an excellent all around dental clinic.

They are progressive in their approach and compassionate to any requests and inquiries that are brought forward. The office staff is wonderful and the hygienists are thorough in their appts. The Dentists are highly skilled and the overall experience has always been positive. I recommend Kler dental without any hesitation to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was very disappointed at Kler dental center, I’ve been going there for 10 years, I brought my two sons and my brother to get dental care there.
My son had to have his wisdom teeth out and had to reschedule his appointment and the office was closed for business without us knowing, he called to try to reschedule for a later date but couldn’t get a hold of anyone, and felt he couldn’t leave a message since their machine message was for emergencies only.
Our old dental office would always advise us when they were going to be closed for holiday but Kler never did. He was charged $100 dollars for rescheduling his appointment which I thought was a bit steep for an 18 year old to pay.
I called to complain about the fee and I was told that they have their policies about their cancellation and nothing could be done.
We are extremely disappointed and I’m taking my business somewhere else. Not very good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We joined the Kler dental office a few years ago after being with the same dentist for over 30 years. The staff is friendly and kind. The office has taken care to meet all pandemic protocols to keep their patients safe. I am pleased with the care taken during my appointments.
