R	Roselle Aquino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the selection and prices here BUT shopping carts are extremely scarce and shopping baskets are non existent except for ones you can purchase and reuse. I don’t often come to this grocery or I would have known to bring my own basket or bag. My son and I went back and forth several times looking for a basket we could use. No shopping carts or baskets were available. I’ve honestly never had an experience like it anywhere. It doesn’t say “environmentally friendly” to me. It says cheap and weird!

It was difficult finding certain items I would at my local RCSS due to low stock at this location which is not the companies fault. This is ridiculous to say but I was not expecting to be criticized on the way I pack my groceries by the lady at cash. “I would never let someone like you pack my groceries”. It was completely unnecessary to say to a customer shopping at your location. I do not know if she was having a bad day but I just wanted to take my groceries and go home

The young cashier Terry at aisle #9 was both friendly and helpful. She was able to show empathy and great customer service in the 5 minutes she was checking us out. She is a gem of employee. It is refreshing to see a young person go over and beyond, and try to do a good job these days. Surely made our day. 5⭐

From messy aisles to broken registers and half completed display cases. Today I actually just gave up and left. They had no carts, I went to do a return than came back 10 minutes later still no carts. I went and told customer service. The response “yeah we know”? I waited another 5 minutes then left with about half the 20 customers also waiting for carts that never came. So I guess great prices if you can climb over boxes/skids in the aisles and you don’t mind the mess, but be sure to bringing your own cart from home because you’re on your own there. Picture is of where carts should be if they had them.
