★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Oakville store and it had a few signs in the window. ALL pants, short and long for $35.99. When I went in, the Jeans were not on sale and the lady said Jeans are NOT considered pants. Wikipedia says

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with brick and mortar retail customer service is essentially everything and this Reitmans location has that. I would be hard pressed to say I’ve experienced better customer service at any other clothing retail location. Experienced pressure-free and helpful staff make the shopping experience a breeze at this location. Clothing size and stile exchanges are handled efficiently and politely by the staff working here. Being able to order in-store an item that may not currently be in stock and then have it delivered to your home a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a super pretty dress to wear to a wedding today! I was impressed with the clothing I saw and will definitely shop at Reitmans again. Maybe not this location though...
I would have given 5 stars but the 2 employees there did absolutely nothing to attract my attention. Not one single greeting. I walked around for 10 minutes with about 10 articles of clothing in my arms and not once did either of them ask to start a change room for me. Escorted myself to the change room with no one asking me if I needed anything. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. Not once was I told about any promotions. The dress was clearly on sale because it rang in at much less than the ticket price. Had I known, I might have bought another item or two. Lady who rang me through had little to no personality or smile. Come on ladies...this is retail/customer service. Figure it out!

Very inclusive sizes and practice clothes from working out, business professional, to casual everyday. I enjoy shopping both online and in store from Reitmans
