β β β β β I came to replace my tires and asked if they can do oil change as well as my car is due for service. Guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodated with the same appointment. After service is done, as soon as I started to drive the car it was giving some noise, so I went back immediately and told them. The guy who repaired started arguing with me that I am playing a trick and issue was there from earlier which is not true. I paid more than 500 dollars and this person says I am playing trick to fix the earlier issue for free. Not sure what they have done to my car and I need to go to Dealer again to fix this new issue. Donβt ever go to this place for servicing even they can accommodate. I am not a person usually who gives reviews but these guys made me so frustrated that I sat to write this big review. Even the 1 star I gave for front desk people who apologized for the other guys rude behaviour.

β β β β β I simply wanted to share my experience with the Canadian Tire shop in Oakville. When I went to other stores to look for a BBQ, they told they didn't have it. I saw one in this store and decided to give it a shot. When I arrived, I had a fantastic experience with this store, with a special shout-out to the store supervisor Vipul. He went above and beyond in assisting me in purchasing the barbeque, as well as a patio set. He was quite calm and made every effort to assist me in obtaining whatever I required.

β β β β β The parts supervisor Patrick, his assistant at the battery section and Murrad were very professional and friendly when I came to replace a battery under warranty. Thank you so much guys. Really glad to come here and appreciate the hard work you guys are doing.

β β β β β Nice store, products are easy to find and flyer items are usually in the middle isles. But the store never has enough cashiers. I prefer to shop in person rather than on line and it would nice to have some service.

β β β β β Tried to return an item bought in another store. The cashier didnβt want to take it and said it was without packaging. The item always doesnβt come with a package when it is sold in any store. End up returning in another store without problems.
I understand the store doesnβt want to take the return because of the franchise business model. However, coming up a false excuse just make you loose one customer and earn this review.

The young workers here don't even know how to repair tires. Yesterday my tire was punctured and the young worker told me that it was due to serious tire wear and it would cost me $500 to replace two tires.
I don't think it's possible because the four tire are only one year old γAfter I refused, I went to another tire shop and only spent $30 to repair a holeγ

Please hire some skilled and experienced workers for you, not assembly line workersοΌ

β β β β β Horrendous experience from beginning to end. Careful when ordering tires/automotive parts for curbside pickup. The online system allowed me to place the order (tires), but after checking in and waiting half an hour, someone finally comes out and tells me to pickup my order in automotive. This defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Once in automotive (after waiting again); 4 tires in a shopping cart were given to me. 2 out of the 4 tires were clearly used and showed signs that they were driven on. Intially when my order was placed, I received a call and was told that 2 of them were previously installed on another vehicle but not driven on. However, after further inspection which led to returning the tires, this was obviously not the case. You can clearly see visually there was discoloration, debris/mud on 2 out of the 4 tires. Automotive told me they would "never sell used tires". Well, just look at the attached images. Cleary that statement was a lie. I left the store with the tires and they offered no help opening the exit doors for me. It's not an automatic door, or perhaps the sensor was malfunctioning but the help I got was mainly from customers in the automotive centre. Disgusting customer service. One employee in particular was rude and edgy with customers. I don't know how they get away with this.
This location does not even deserve 1 star.
If you require new tires for your car, please shop elsewhere.

β β β β β Pretty big Canadian Tire. There is a good selection of many products. I browsed some camping gear to check out the quality as you cannot do that online. Main reason for coming here was to pick up some tires as there appears to be a shortage or something all over the GTA. At least for my car. Likely due to the war and supply chain issues. Couldn't swap the tires then as they were extremely booked. So I left the car overnight.
