Great service, had some questions about a credit card application and they got me sorted out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this BMO branch for anything you can’t do online

Friendly, courteous service. They had a power outage at the branch near closing time last week and had to temporarily close. However, the staff remained at the branch to ensure that services were met beyond their closing time. Much appreciated.

The manager here, Vanda Mendosa, is the best bank manager we have ever encountered anywhere. Vanda is all about the customer experience and her approach very much reflects in the attitude of her staff to customer service. I have been with BMO for 34 years and she is the best manager I have ever met - bar none. We were with the branch at Trafalgar and Dundas but now that Vanda has moved to Dorval we are moving our banking there too. Vanda exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This review is for Asim Murtaza. I have been asking to resolve a situation for six months and he is unable to follow up with me. Finally, today his recommendation is for me to call a 1-800 number. Absolutely, the worst service I have ever received. Thinking about to switch banks.

This BMO branch at Dorval in Oakville is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced…have been with them for +20 years and will most likely switch banks…followed up for 6 months with several people and they make promise after promise and don’t even bother responding. Will be following up with their Corporate folks.

I am a First nation person and i found they are pretty nice and decent i went there find out y i was getting extra fees they removed it plus i had only 3 dollar in saving and he gave me 5 dollars witch helped a lil bit more made my day :) He was very nice person and the lady at the desk :) thank you guys

Terrible branch! Try avoid them at all costs. I was at another BMO branch Saturday October 30, 2021, trying to buy a bank draft from my account there but failed. It turns out the branch manager Vanda at this 240 North Service Rd W, Oakville BMO branch has put a permanent hold on my money that was transfered in from this branch 5 WEEKS ago in September.To make it worse, the assistant manager on duty at this branch can't figure out the reason for this bizarre long hold from his/her own branch manager, so they try to get hold of Vanda to find out why, but she is extremely hard to be found. After making me wait for almost 2 hours, they finally found Vanda, guess what, herself also can't give out a legitimate reason for the hold. And she even have the gut to ask me why I need to access my own money, after holding my money for 5 weeks and my 2 hours wait for her at the other branch, as if it was her money, not mine, can you believe it?! If you think this is terrible, you have underestimated Vanda. I requested for an apology right after I finished the transaction that day, and made sure they have all my contact information, today, after 2 weeks waiting, I heard nothing from Vanda herself or 240 North Service Rd W, Oakville branch for that matter. I don't know what the branch has been cooking with my money for 5 weeks, its suspicious to me to say the least, and why they think they can treat their customer and customers money like that. What I can say is this, this branch is a terrible branch to deal with, and if there is a 0 star I could give them, I won't hesitate to give them 0 star. If you have extra capacity to handle more hassle and stress in your life, please visit this branch. If not, avoid them like the plague.
