β β β β β Amazing ! My Friend had recommended this place so we went this AM ! We had the pleasure of being guided by Mike, he was great. I was initially nervous as I had never tried hot yoga but I will back next week ! Mike is an amazing teacher and the vibe of the class was lovely .

β β β β β The classes are great, but lately the classes have not been hot. I'm paying alot of money for HOT yoga and pilates. Arnelles class today was great but not hot at all. I'm really hoping they turn up the heat so we can get the experience we're paying for.

β β β β β I almost did not want to write a review because I love this place so much and want to keep it as a best kept secret but - I have to share it! All instructors I've had here are amazing and I love the diversity of classes they offer. Each class is so welcoming and the place has such an amazing vibe. Highly - Highly recommend for all levels.

β β β β β This place is such a gem! I moved out of Mississauga and am having a hard time finding a studio that I like as much. Lisa is so kind and such good energy. I hope to still be able to attend every now and then. Do not hesitate!

β β β β β Excellent place to practice yoga, been going here for 3 years now. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities always kept clean. I love going to classes taught by May, Mike, Alex & Lisa! The owners treat you very well & always seem to know everyone by name, you are not just a number here. Would highly recommend this studio, absolutely phenomenal experience!!!
