★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniel Was the installer, originally asked for xplornet 50/10 company (xplornet) said I was in the area for the 50/10. Install came and set up everything but he didn’t inform me that he set up 10/2 and didn’t tell explornet. I have got my first bill and was charge for the 50 service but was only getting 10. Plus every time the wind blows lose internet due to a bad install. Been in talk with the company for the last two weeks am still no fix. My recommendation lazy company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in a rural area can cause internet issues, My family and I have had a headache dealing with our internet’s signal for the past two years. Today our tech Brady went above and beyond. He spotted potential issues that were missed, he was thorough and took upon his self to inspect all aspects for our connection to run as smooth as possible. We were very luck to have Brady trouble shoot, find the problem and fix the issues with ease. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Good job Brady and thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was horrible and slept through my first install time. After I called Jesse Atkinson who was my assigned technician he was able to still make it out to me at a reasonable time. He was still very friendly and personable regardless of how I had put him out earlier in the day. Also the setup was incredibly easy and the instructions were very user friendly.

He was at our house for roughly 20 minutes and we were very pleased to have our services back up and running! Highly recommend his service! 5 Star review
