L	Lyanna Schwimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I have been to this store twice. First time I went with my friends-got a couple of funko pops and called it a day. But I noticed something strange. As we walked around the store, we were stared at, as if we might steal something. Thinking nothing of it, we left with our purchased items. The next time I went however, was awful. I took my little sisters here just under a week ago. We were looking at their miniature 2.99 figurines by the checkout. We felt eyes on us the whole time-whenever we looked up, they were staring at us and whispering. Unsettled, my sister took one of the items in her hand, and drifted over to their stuffed animals collection. Once they saw her do this, the lady that works there marched over to her and loudly demanded that she give back the item. She did, of course, and we had the rest of our time at the store uncomfortably watched by the man, I’m guessing his wife and elderly mother, glared at as if we were stealing. These people need to realize that THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CRIMINALS!!! Will never return, and will make sure none of my friends, family members or coworkers get humiliated like my sister did. Disgusting.

M	Melaida Corpuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My now 13 year old used to shop here when he was younger. He doesn't come often now, but he came quite often when he was still in to toys (now it's video games). The staff were always so nice to him because he was a regular customer. It is a great place to buy some unique toys not found at Toys' R Us or other regular toy stores so I highly recommend.

Thanks to the owners of the store, I was able to choose some cool BTS items for her, pay for them online and pick them up in a social distance transaction! She loved her gifts, and we look forward to when the store reopens! Thanks!

My 16 year old daughter just comes home and tells me she made a purchase in this store today, walked away (with receipt by the way) and proceeded to put her purchase in a bigger bag along with her jacket (yes people shop in other stores and have other bags).She was showing her friend something else before they left. The Manager then approaches her and says “you better give back what you stole or I am calling security” and then proceeds to rifle through her other purchases (and yes she had receipts for those). Guess what, receipts for everything Sherlock. Our daughter was very upset by this today and we are as well. I appreciate that stores have to deal with shoplifters. However, she had just made a purchase for heavens sake. We called the Manager and she said she did apologize to our daughter and that she waited for the store to clear before she approached my daughter. I call BS on waiting for the store to clear as it all happened fast. Our daughter is a good kid, in fact she also works in the mall and knows how you are supposed to approach suspected shoplifters. This is not how you do it. Nicely done Imagine plus, nicely done.
J	Jeff Co on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection for the collector geek like myself, they bring in some neat things, and have the store well organized so I can find things easily. Staff are quiet and give you space to look, but help if you ask.

I will definitely be going back from time to time. I read alot of reviews about how bad the store is, but like I said they were nothing, but kind and polite to me and the prices are about the same that toys r us and eb games are.
