★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icon Property Management has managed a condo building that live in. They have been with our building since 2016. Since the registration of the building we have gone through a number of management companies and I would say they have topped them all. There were issues with the building since the beginning and the other companies were not able to resolve them and with patience and perseverance Icon managed to resolve the issues. I am also a realtor of 37 years and have dealt with them in many other condo buildings that I sell in. Each time I had to deal with them they were professional, efficient and committed to provided great service. If your condo building is looking for a new Property Management company I would highly recommend Icon Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently moved, but we will miss all the staff and property management at the Harbourfront location in downtown Toronto. The Icon Property staff are not only professional, but friendly and approachable. They have worked to create such a small community feel, so you feel like you are at home once you enter the building. Even our friends compliment the staff every time they come over.
Having spent the last 7 years of my life there, I honestly have nothing negative to speak about the property management team. They respond to any requests or inquires as they arise and do their best to keep everyone happy. Very informative with elevator postings in regards to any downtown event restrictions/ road closures, renovations taking place for potential noise disruptions, etc.
Having watched some of the staff there work their way up over the years is another great thing to see, they definitely try to promote within.
Thank you to everyone at Harbourfront for making our time there so great!

In one of them, the manager is very ignorant and a very unpleasant person;
In another condominium, I worked with Christy, Nadir, and Miguel for years they were always, professional, and responsive!
I’ve had interactions with many property managers over the years and they are by far the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
The manager of Charlie Condo is extremely professional, courteous, he responded to every call, and every email.
They are working on a renovation in the condominium and everything is coming out incredibly fast.
The repairs team is very, helpful and agile, always assist me quickly when I have problems in my suite.
I have read the reviews for ICON and I am impressed to see that there is a lot negative feedback.
I think the problem is not with the company, but some employees.

Icon Property Management did standout amongst the others as they are by far the most attentive and personable company out there. Since on boarding Icon Property Management we have had access to the best resources and have been paired with one of the finest property managers, Jenny.
Our community has come back to life! Thank you to Wes and Jenny for all your hard work!

Discrediting bad reviews by lying and saying that you have no record of residency is quite unprofessional
I have raised my issues with management and they are not concerned with the residents of the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved into the Loggio buildings after undergoing a renovation in the unit. Mike was so responsive and attentive throughout the project; helping me coordinate with the board, arrange elevators and get all set for move in. He has continued to be responsive and attentive for various other needs and I’m super grateful for the smooth transition into the building!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is absolutely horrible at managing condos - owner at Quad Lofts downtown Brant street here - our property manager doesn't even check her email. Have had numerous different tenants complain about 1 unit's constant hammering/reno work at all hours of the night, ICON has not done anything about it. DO NOT buy into any buildings managed by this company.
