★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 4 water leaks in by unit since I moved into my unit in Oakville, on Munn's Ave, January 11, 2021. To this day I don't even know what the property manager looks like. He has never come out to see, any of the damage, as a matter of fact. I have to send pictures to him in order to get a response from him. I have tried on several occasions to reach someone other than the property manager, but all roads lead to him and I can't get passed him. As a matter of fact the only two people they readily gave me information for is the person in finance, who arranges to collect the condo fees and the property manager.
Even when they issued the declaration for the board or members of the condo corp, there is never any contact information provided.
I am right now just in the getting the 4th leak repaired, I had to contact my insurance company for this one, because the leak has ruined my kitchen cabinets and my kitchen floor, and those are consider personal items that the condo corp doesn't cover. I am at my wits end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Richmond Hill, my condo is managed by Michelle McVicar. She gets everything done in a timely manor. If it's a really big job, we have to wait for quotations etc, but that's to be expected. Very happy with the job she's doing.

We’ve had so many issues with the original management company and have been nothing short of impressed since switching over. She has gone above and beyond to try and work out and fix the issues the community struggles with.

As a condo board member, Wilson Blanchard is a great company to work with. We interviewed several companies, and they seem to be unique in offering full support as a team to property managers and condo boards. They are highly recommended, along with our wonderful property manager Michelle!

Dealing with the stresses of personal life, she made sure to take any additional stresses regarding my condo off my hands. Some of these were items that were my responsibility, but she assisted by making arrangements on my behalf and meeting with contractor well I was stuck at hospital helping family. I am truly grateful for her help and she is a superstar in my eyes and anyone would be lucky to have her as their manager. Thank you Genevieve for your ongoing support.

Even throughout the pandemic, staff have been wonderful in addressing our concerns and keeping everyone safe and happy. Michelle's customer service skills are exactly what you want in a property manager -- she realizes that this is your home, and treats it as such. I am grateful for the exemplary service she's consistently provided. She made our first time living in a condo so easy and enjoyable.

The transition was flawless and to date Wilson Blanchard have been outstanding. Monthly reports are accurate and on time.
