I am a tenant at Pinnacle 2 Building locate at 3975 Grand Park Dr Mississauga. I recently received a charge for $95 due to improper disposal of garbage. I brought an Amazon cardbox (size of a couch pillow) to the basement and put them in recycle bin and packed small boxes inside them to save space. However, the the property management fine me $95 due to I did not flatten the box. Since it is my first time received it, I emailed property assistant Julia Gentosh and ask if management would consider it as a warning rather a steep fine of $95, especially during the COVID 19 times. Furthermore, I asked if this charge is constitute under the Condo Act and was confirmed the charge is NOT. It is just a decision that management made to charge everyone who does not flatten a box. This is unacceptable property management practice, especially they already charge common area maintenance fee and now want $95 extra to flat a box. I was not even given a chance to correct my action just an email that if you don't pay by this day they will add another $75 admin fee. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE. If you read this and your building consider using this company, please vote knowing this will happen to you. I am the process to report this to CAO and CRMAO. UPDATE: Mar 28th 2022. Theft recently broken into the building garage in broad daylight and looting 5 LEVELS OF PARKING LOT for 3 HOURS and nothing was done. Furthermore, my front door is bombard with junk mails and pamphlets from religious groups. I brought this up with Property manager (Julia Gentosh, yes she got promoted after charging tenant $95 for garbage) and she said they will do some CAPEX projects, but due to supply chain issue they don't know when they can start. So I asked what is the temporary solution until those CAPEX projects are done. Property Manager cannot answer that question and just repeating "that is the best we can do". I ask what if there is another theft happening in near future? Property Manager says "it is like that everywhere". WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THIS? So, I realize, when it comes to wrongfully disposal garbage, they react really quickly to charge tenant $95, but when the tenant's basic safety is compromised they say "it is like that everywhere". Zero stars is actually more deserving of this property management company. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Many buildings this property management company manages are neglected and deteriorating. Ask any resident residing in buildings they manage. This definitely stems from the fact they hire property managers and superintendents with NO experience whatsoever, horrible communication and unprofessional behavior. Please stay away and save yourself the headache.

I was inquiring in regards to a status certificate at the Onyx in Mississauga. I figured it would be easier to go in & chat with the onsite property manager. I was greeted by Olena in the lobby, she was delightful & easy to deal with. Extremely polite & she ensured that she listened to all of my questions. She kept me updated on the issue the whole way & solved the problem for me the day of. I would highly recommend her if you have any questions in regards to the building. Thank you so much Olena!

Manager Abhijit Roy is doing excellent job on condo 339 rathburn since taking over from previous manager. He is making sure resident is following the strict rules if not they can fine. I hope he keep up the good work. I like his idea on imposing fine so people don't repeat the same bad thing.

I have contact with CityTowers Property Management at Limelight North Tower 360 Square One Dr. They are very professionally managed especially the Manager, Abhijit Roy and the Admin Kyle Moore. They are very good team, willing to help and get the best services for the Owners and residents. It is very satisfying to work with this team.

Do not do business with this company - Just like everyone else here pointed out, this company is a joke - terrible team to handle any kind of property. George should close down this company and allow other teams who actually want to be property managers to take over. This group will just take your money and will not provide any oversight or support or actual management to their property managers who run buildings. We made so many complaints to the property manager and after being ignored, we escalated to George who just runs and hides and will not engage anyone who may have feedback. Terrible job George.
