★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 Kensington building management is doing nothing. they come to their office, listen complaints but do nothing. they are here just to make money.
They just keep raising maintaince fees every year.
Called head office, they dont pick up the phone call either. Head office doesn't have any voice mail either.
Summer hill property management is not helping unit owners. They just scream and hang up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many projects going that remain incomplete. Quality of life for residents is definitely challenged when you have 1 of 3 elevators running(pandemic or not), your front lawn taped up, and costly projects that should take a week are going on 8 months. You're not allowed to stand here, your not allowed to sit there. The security company is a joke (added expense for incompetence, like really, paying a man to sleep at a desk all night.) We need a real security team to watch the security we presently have on contract. Or maybe that's what a property management team should be doing??!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My condo flooded. I spoke with Tony Seljak. He seemed like a very well mannered gentleman. He said the property management would take care of it. Every time we speak he is amazing, until I realized he is YES Man. He just says yes, he never follows up when we have call back times set. My place looks terrible for 3 weeks now, some of the baseboards a ripped out so the place can get aired out. Summerhill Property Management is not professional, they do not keep their word, they don't follow up unless you find them. Next board meeting myself and other member of the condo will specifically explain why Summerhill Property Management does not deserve working with our building at 236 Albion Rd, Etobicoke M9W6A6. Unit 603.

Have been waiting to get an incident report and it has been 3 months and no follow up.
Tony has not been responding to calls or emails.
May be time to stop maintenence fees and see if they respond.

contractor, the grass is a mess after they are through. A sham saying they take care of us. Winter is even worse. Salt salt and more salt
They don't do anything else.
I would fire them. Our board has there eyes closed. Old ladies !!!!!!
