The contractors they work with are professional and goes above to ensure their work is above satisfactory.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a Property Management company as they are a company with heart and seeks to ensure there is no loss to your property value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoran Properties has the worst customer service that I ever have experienced. They never reply to your emails. I had reached out to them via email and never heard back. I had to call them after 5 days to ask why they weren't being responsive to my urgent email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management does not know much about their duties and when you ask , they always refer you to someone else to answer the questions. Need to hire people who are trained at their job and not bunch of residents who have zero knowledge about their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for the low end of property management companies you've got it, their service is a horrendous to the point that it's almost comical as they are trying to be the worst. Completely disorganized. Had the pleasure to move away from this property company and could not be happier. Challenge everything they say and you will have to call a thousand times, email and push.
