I am beyond grateful that I did. Egidio and his team (Law Clerk Melissa) were fantastic! He was always available (even on weekends) to answer questions and was very supportive. I had a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety- so he was incredibly patient.
Suffering from anxiety, this whole process could have been very overwhelming, but Egidio was understanding and prepared me for the initial discovery virtual interview by the defense. He saw when I was getting uncomfortable and called for breaks. Called me during the breaks and reassured me I was doing great.
Very happy with the outcome.
Also, thank you to Melissa for walking me through certain steps of the paper work throughout the case.

Without their help and support we would not have been able to navigate the insurance system and wouldn't have the settlement solved in a little over 2 years. Egidio Stagnitta, Hermia Leung and their team did an excellent job. They looked after my mom's medical claim and rehabilitation, whenever we had issue with insurance or had questions to ask, they were there and reassuring that we were not alone. More importantly they help my mom came to a satisfying settlement. There were couple rounds of negotiations with opponent party and they had the best interest on their client and you can assure they will make the best decision for you.
