Charles was way more professional and he made the process much less stressful. If you want an excellent mortgage broker I highly recommend Charles.

His knowledge and understanding of both the industry and where my brother and I were coming from really made the experience a LOT less stressful than I hear it can be.

In all honesty i really had no clue what even went into getting a mortgage and all the terms and constructs behind it. Charles took no hesitation to explain every aspect of the process and made it extremely easy for someone like me to grasp. Charles was very informative & professional. I cannot recommend someone more highly. He was also able to obtain an amazing rate on top of it all.

After just a few calls and emails, Charles was able to secure commitment from a top Canadian bank at a low rate. The test really came when our closing date was brought forward by 2 weeks. With a tight timeline and during a time when appraisals are backed up, Charles worked his magic behind the scenes to ensure that we were able to close on time.
I’d highly recommend working with Charles for a home purchase mortgage, if your experience is like mine then you’ll be able to provide your required documents and then be hands off while he does the work for you.
