We dealt with Devang and he super knowledgeable about the industry and answered all of our questions. He knew what needed to be done to ensure we closed on time. Devang and his team was able to get the Job done on time and done right ! Amazing customer service and kept us informed throughout the process. I would give them 5 out of 5 Stars ?. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Mr. Devang Naik last year for my mortgage and let me tell you, it wasnt a good expereince at all. The whole process was full of struggle where most of the time I was trying to get a hold of him and follow up on my mortgage status and boy he was really difficult to get in touch with. Long story short, he made such a menace and stretched the whole process to like 2 days before the closing where I had no option but to go with the option he had put out for me and coz of all that I had to get myself into another private mortgage that cost me more than 15k in interest (I am still paying for that). So if you want to make your life difficult and go through a phase of sleepless nights, please get him to close your mortgage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's call to Devang was really helpful regarding our mortgage. He is the one who made it possible to get the Mortgage last year 2021 around this time. This morning I wanted to get his views regarding the Bank interest rate going up, I value his advice given & will follow
Our relation is just not from last year, he has been taking care of our Mortgages since 2010, he has always been good in his dealings.

Devang Naik is able to do all of this and more. He was able to answer the myriad of questions and provide guidance to best products and solutions. I can easily say that his service, knowledge, expertise and genuine time for you attitude is first class.
