★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just wanted to say that the owner of this bridal store is lovely. yes the place is a little tucked in, but if you did your research plus the amazing DETAILED direction that owner provided, you will find it no problem. yes it a small little shop but it has everything you need!
the owner was super nice and i can tell shes the kind that say whats on her mind. some people like that and some dont, but dont say bad things about her and the store only because you didnt like what she had to say?
Over all experience was excellent!

I came here 4 weeks ago and I made appointment. I came and I was with a mature woman . I told her the dress I wanted and told me because of my size, my dream dress wouldn't work for me but also at the same time they did not have as much options for me because of my size. I wear size 20 but she was putting me in dresses that was a size 24. her assistance in helping me get into the dress was very sloppy because she said her hands are weak . It took 4 dress until I found it on the rack and as much as she did not want me to try it, it fit and looked perfect on me. Waste of time. but if you're a smaller girl, you find more options. The price is good too. but also their dresses are a bit dated...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stop here! They do not honour the online pricing since "someone else handles it and does not update it" and they are unorganized. Online, they had the Cinderella 205 dress for $749. What a deal! I made an appointment and I asked "do you have the Alfred Angelo Cinderella 205 in stock?" I do not live in the area so I did not want my trip to be a waste. They checked and told me they do and it is for the price online stated. The girl said not pay for it over the phone, to come in and try it on. Different story when I went to the store on July 12, 2015 on invoice 2700. When it was my appointment time, they were still dealing with a previous bride. Ok that's understandable. My turn was up and I told the girl the reason for my visit, right away she said no they do not carry that one. They have not carried that in years. I showed her the online site and she showed me the available in-store listing. The rep called the owner and while I waited for her arrival, I found the dress in one of their magazines. I showed that to the owner, and she said it's a different dress for double the price. I showed her the picture online and everything matched. After a long discussion, she agreed it was the same dress (codes matched etc.) She took my phone number and said she'd call as it might take a few weeks but she'll "get around to it when she has a chance." She never did! When I called back last month, another rep said they don't have the paper work. I told the girl I have a picture of the paper work and she said they need the actual copy. What kind of service is this? No customer service. Brides, don't go here unless you're looking to get screwed around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a dream purchasing my dress from here. The owner, Antigone, was incredibly friendly and loving. She provided a very personal and private experience that allowed me to take my time and be comfortable trying the dresses.
Not only did i leave her store with a magical dress, she even helped me find a seamstress that would adjust it to my exact needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An honest review.. and I didn’t even get to go in the store. They “do not carry bridesmaid dresses”, although it is indicated on their website, except as is ones. I discovered this shop on a google search and was surprised to never had stumbled upon it in previous searches for bridesmaid dresses. After searching their website I booked an appointment online and received both a text and email confirmation of my appointment. I also received a reminder notification of my appointment the day prior. Upon arrival (good luck trying to find the place), there was no sign indicating that was the shop and we literally drove around the plaza for ages then after looking in every window we saw one with something bridal related and it felt sketchy. There was a “sorry we are closed” sign and a hand written note saying to call their coordinator if you needed something. We tried calling several times, but since we were 10 minutes earlier thought we would wait. Tried again 10 minutes later and was told that they did not have me logged for an appointment. I read the confirmation email to them and she found me eventually and said that she left a voicemail cancelling my appointment because they don’t have bridesmaid dresses. I double checked my voicemail and did not have one. She said she could send a coordinator over but we were on a tight timeline and honestly it felt really sketchy overall. The fact there was not even a sign out front gives an indication there is something to hide. Myself and my bridal party did not get good vibes and chose to leave. No response from the owner is required, I am simply sharing my experience without even haven stepped in the shop. Now that I see how the owner responses to poor, but true reviews, I am glad we did not do business with them based on this very small experience.

A total waste of time
This was the first bridal store I visited with my mom and bridesmaids. An experience that was supposed to be fun and exciting quickly turned into a huge disappointment
I booked my appointment and received a confirmation email for Saturday at 11. We showed up and the store was closed. We thought we were lost first since we had a hard time finding the store in the first place and then couldn't see anything open. We called the number and spoke to the rudest lady on the phone. She told us that they're closed and open at 2pm. I informed her I have a confirmation email that clearly states

The lady on the phone then said rudely "just because you receive a confirmation email does not mean your appointment is confirmed, you need to also receive a confirmation call to confirm your appointment in addition to our email"
this made no sense. My bridesmaids, my mom and I took time out of our schedule to go shopping and were met with so much attitude.
the sales lady didn't even care, didn't offer a solution
I asked if they could squeeze us in, even to look around. The sales lady said " no We're closed. book an appointment wait for the email and call, and then see what happens"
TOTAL waste of time. I personally, should have paid more attention to the other 1 star reviews. Even the way they respond to customer reviews seem totally unprofessional.
Go anywhere else !!
Pearl on lakeshore and heirlooms had great dresses, great service, great prices and really organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment you walk in, they make you feel special! They offered me (the bride) and all my guests coffee, tea or champagne. After sipping on some bubbly, my consultant, Antigone took me around the bridal salon and helped me pick out gowns. Talking to Antigone was like chatting with a long lost friend; she understood what I liked immediately and even threw in some curve balls which was nice. She took her time and was never pushy, allowing me to spend time in each gown. I cannot say enough great things about this "veteran" and her team. I highly recommend The Toronto Bridal Outlet if you are looking for a warm, welcoming and classy establishment.
