★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been living in 1286 Islington Ave for a year now and have had no issues till date. The common space is well maintained and the building is quiet. As others have mentioned that if your unit has any roaches or bugs then probably you are not keeping the unit clean enough. The property manager Sokol is polite and helpful. I would surely recommend renting in this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long time tenant of a Hollyburn residence, I've been staying at 1286 Islington avenue, along with my family for a few years now. I'm mailing in regards to our Building managers Arslan Abdurachidov and Angelica Madarova. For all the years we've been here, they have made the building feel less like an apartment building, and more like a home. Their wonderful family, including their adorable children are always a pleasure to bump into, in and around the premise. Arslan and Angelica work tirelessly to ensure there are no issues with any aspect of the residence, every corner is well maintained and they always make themselves available if there are any issues that pop up. Their prompt attention, and kind demeanour make it almost essential for the other tenants to treat the building with respect, and I find it resonates with all the other people who live here. Things are always clean and people are always friendly. I highly recommend this particular property based on my families interactions with Arslan and Angelica. They exemplify the relationship a building's managers should have with those in tenancy there. Please commend them for their excellent service and learn from their example should you have any issues with any other properties you have, as I find it would be beneficial from a business standpoint to replicate their successes elsewhere. Thank you for assigning them to our building, and feel free to contact me at anytime as a reference for their great work.

Think first before you write review))
Because I was living in this building over 7 years, never had any mice, roaches or other bugs. Moved out when purchased a house.
If you guys have bugs, it’s mean , your apt is dirty. Clean your place first, otherwise no pest control, nobody else doesn’t help you))
Building always clean, well maintained by Arslan, who working day and night and will be nice if someone just say “Thanks!” to him and “Thanks” to Hollyburn who finally hired professional manager for that building.

Sokol is the best in business, very professional, hard working, always responsive and gets all your queries/requested help addressed on time and ensures we are satisfied with the work done.

All the complaints and queries are listened and resolved in timely manner. 7 star rating to Sokol who always answer to questions promptly and get the job done on every occasion.

The building is super well located and very well maintained thanks to the manager Sokol, who always proved to be a very good worker, committed, always receptive and attentive to help when we need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We submitted an application to rent and thought that it will be given to us since we gave a blocking or reservation fee but for some reason after 3 days the super said the unit has been blocked off already to their manager. Is it just very unprofessional. The unit is really nice with en suite laundry which we really like, but we just find it skeptical that they didnt know that it will be given to the manager but still accepted the blocking fee from us! Just disappointed:(
The super is nice and accommodating and polite though. So I cant blame him enough. I just don't understand they lack communication and give false hopes to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me & my friends stayed at this location for almost 2 years & the manager Sokol was the best. He is extremely helpful, genuine & cares about the tenants & their issues. Whenever we had issues, he always tried his best. He is definitely an asset to Central Park Terrace Apartments.
