★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our visit to a close friend. I think for a society where you shell so much for an accommodation, needs to take care for its green areas and ambience. Was'nt much impressed. Though our visit was a warm one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place people can ever experience in Etobicoke.
1. Water shuts down four times a week
2. Management is so rude and greedy
3. Elevators don’t work at all (3 times a week are down) people have to reach the proper apartment by stairs (35 floors).
4. Cockroaches everywhere in the house.
5. Prices for rent are extremely high.
6. There is no consideration for seniors.
Good luck everyone, I’m done with this inferno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the oldest appartments in Etobicoke. The building is disintegrating. The appartment walls gets wet after rain/snow and bathroom fixtures are dated.
They have recently replaced balconies & elevators to keep up with the brand new construction in the area. But you cannot replace the concrete!
The area is actually very nice with subway & transit at walking distance or doorstep. There is a small gym and also a swimming pool which are both accessible indoors.
This is an ok place to start off for newcomers with a downtown job. Survive here for an year and then move to a better place if your finances allows.
