During that time, Mareka has managed our routine day to day operations seamlessly. As well, it has guided our Board through the complexities of the Condo Act very competently and professionally. It has hired contractors to maintain our property, it has budgeted responsibly according to Board community planning and Reserve Fund guidelines. Mareka has always been approachable and courteous. During a particularly difficulty time where we had a very expensive, major infrastructure problem on our street, Mareka managed the budget over several years in order to avoid financial hardship for the residents. I highly recommend Mareka as a management company.

During the past five years Mary and her efficient team of property managers, worked diligently to save our community, large sums of money, on specific required services! She managed to cut $17,000 on our insurance policy and over an $8000 refund from the City of Vaughan! Mareka Properties, owner and staff are always willing to take the time to train a new Board member, or spend with homeowners to help resolve any issues at hand Thank you Mareka?

In past 11 years. being one of the Board Member of TCECC - 2096, had dealt with few other Property Management Companies but MPM is beyond par, the best. You can also run your property managers name in the registry provided on the CMRAO website to see if they are licensed. You can report them if they are calling themselves a p.m. and they are not licensed.

The representative at my condo, Simone, was rude, lazy, and never responded to my inquiries and issues. She was barely even at the property. Thankfully, they will no longer be managing my condo. Good riddance!

Various times I have tried reaching out to solve a building issue and they either ignore or give pointless reasons why they can't complete necessary work. Their managers act like you work for them and it's a privilege to speak to them. The owner Mary has never responded to an email or message when asked why her representatives are silent or unprofessional. How hard is it to say hey we hear you, dealing with the issue. I can't believe this company still exists with such poor customer service when their job is literally to facilitate the needs of the building. Do yourself a favour look for a different company you will regret using them

G	Garret MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication from this outfit. I had an issue with a light they installed shining direct into my unit. Jasmyn, their assistant manager, continued to ignore emails and calls and has such a tone when she speaks to you, you'd be better of going with someone else. It's sad because I tried sending emails over a year ago, I called their office, I followed the path you should to get your prop managers to respond. I have worked with property management companies for over 15 years and have never come across such unwillingness to help their own residents. If you are looking for a respectable property management company, keep looking
