★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call on a Wed., discussed issue with accounting and asked to call back as it was too early.
So I did on the Frid., and when finally connected, told they were closed, @ 4 pm, (then about 4:30) and told call Mon.
Monday, the computer system did their thing and over charged.
Thus, called again on Wed when I found out, and was blamed for not calling to remain them, and she said no excuse as they are open till 6pm... I say what????
Needless to say I have to call back again on Friday to get them to reverse the over charge. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was 17 I did not pass my N test. When I asked the young lady for clarification on my results she raised her voice at me, and slammed the car door as she walked out. Very unprofessional and rude at the time. Its been 3 yrs and i still remember her aggressiveness. Looking back it was inappropriate for her to yell at me, as she should’ve stayed calm and explained why I did not pass. After the fact, she quickly hid away back in to the icbc centre so my parents couldn’t even confront her. She was literally no where to be found. I think its already disappointing when a young driver does not pass their test, never mind getting yelled at. I hope no other young driver experiences this, because I just wanted to understand my mistakes at the time. I remember her rude remarks as she yelled “I literally never said that!” after I asked her for clarification on my test instructions. My voice was calm the whole time as I was already nervous for my test, and looking back I didn’t do anything “harmful” that would insinuate for her to raise her voice. Especially if it was just during the debriefing. I found her tone of voice really intimidating. Just because someone is young and learning, does not give the tester an excuse to be disrespectful.
