★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the BC autorenew option on this location. Agent says it will take awhile before someone responds to the email. So, I still have to come to their office to renew my insurance. Just a warning if you’re choosing to try this option, you still have to call them for a follow up. A bit disappointing. Otherwise, agents are friendly.

Iana I had the pleasure of dealing with today and she personally delivered my paperwork to my house after renewing my insurance. Amazing customer service!
