I have been using the UPS store for all of my printing needs as of late and have been very impressed with the service and quality of work. As a bonus, this is a locally owned and operated business! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and you wait forever for picking up if there's a few customers before you. Plus UPS delivery guys dont leave tags on your building anymore so unfortunately you have to wait ...I recommend going to the Willowbrook location if you need the unfortunate use of UPS...should be renamed to OOPS...for every time they miss my building...forgot to mention...employees aren't wearing masks inside.. big health safety issue...im only giving it 2 stars because the employee tried to serve but management is at fault for not having more than 1 employee working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this UPS courier lacks accountability and responsibility when it comes to losing packages on their end. I dropped off a package back in November which would’ve been scanned and shipped that day. UPS did not receive it and therefore Geek Squad ultimately never received my defunct product. It is now February as I write this. I have contacted UPS and Geek squad about opening an investigation into the whereabouts of my product, not much can be done on their end as my product has not entered any of their systems, in addition, the UPS courier claims that this product has been scanned and would’ve been shipped that day. I have done my due diligence to this point contacted UPS and still they have not received anything on their end. The UPS courier continues to lack any accountability and they say “there’s no much else we can do on our end”. “You have to contact UPS”. YOU LOST my $330 product. The UPS courier has continued to regurgitate the same statement about contacting UPS about this matter. And on goes the vicious cycle.
