Highest turn over rate! My case manager changes all the time because the old one "no longer works here." Plus it takes forever to get a hold of someone.

Have been with Great West way too long. Am tired of not being covered anytime I file any sort of claim. There always seems to be a technicality to get them out of paying out.

The process is too slow. From the first day of my injury, faxing papers, waiting for doctors, processing and then a case manager. Day 18 since my last day at work and i havnt received benefits. Maybe its not all GWLs fault but its 2018 guys, lets do this online with the doctor involved and hurry up and move away from this 1994 system of processing.

This company doesn't care about its employees one bit. They work you like dogs then lie to you about what's going on. They're doing major layoffs and monica only gives political answers when you have a question about anything. Don't bother learning anyone's name because chances are you will quit or they will by the time you do. You would think such a big company would have give a s*** about you but they don't. Just a big money hungry corporation.

I have been a Great West Life customer for years, which means I have been paying monthly insurance fees for years. Great West Life seems to jump at the opportunity to take your money and offer you all these great benefits, but there always seems to be issues when you want to make a claim. I've tried to make a claim 3 times through their online portal and every time it has said "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." They love taking your money, but they sure don't like when they have to pay any of it back.

This company is evil. If you apply for a job with any company that uses this insurance carrier just walk right out the door because this company will ruin you .
